Ledgitify sits on top of your accounting data and adds something Xero doesn’t do on its own: project-level budgets and cost allocation. You define a project with its own budget lines, pull in your transactions, allocate each one against the right budget line, and produce a budget-vs-actual report for a funder, an auditor, or yourself. It works two ways:
  • Connected to Xero: your bank transactions, bills, invoices, and journals sync automatically, ready to allocate.
  • Standalone: import a bank-statement CSV or enter transactions by hand, no accounting package required.
